Refund Policy

EXCHANGES — 
Where items are returned in ‘as-new’ condition (including bagged, with tags, not damaged or dirty), we will exchange the item for a different size. We will not exchange items in other conditions except as in our returns policy below.
RETURNS POLICY — 
Items purchase from the uniform shop or website are governed by a 2 month manufacturer’s warranty after the purchase date. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. This covers faults in colour, fabric, or construction. Any garment showing these faults may be returned to us for exchange or refund. 
RETURNS PROCESS — 
Please submit any returns to the Uniform Shop, including proof of purchase. If at time of returning an item, the shop ceonvenor is unable to reolve the issue immediately, a loan item may be offered in accordance with P&C Uniforms loan policy.
